You also represent that you are of legal age and have the capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

This does not affect the terms of any separately signed Statement of Work or engagement letter, which governs on its own terms.

A failure or delay by Liltec Advisory in exercising any right under these Terms does not operate as a waiver of that right, and a single or partial exercise of a right does not prevent any further exercise of that or any other right.

16. Assignment

We may assign, transfer, or novate our rights and obligations under these Terms, including in connection with a sale or restructure of the business, without your consent. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time, at our discretion and without individual notice, by posting the revised Terms on this page. Your continued use of the website after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
