What this covers
Opportunity, selection & business case
Discovery interviews, review of any prior Technology & AI Readiness findings, and two to four candidate use cases identified and prioritised against feasibility and value, with one selected and a business case built around a real target metric.
Solution design & vendor recommendation
The pilot approach designed at a business-case level of detail, two to three vendor or platform options evaluated, and one recommended with rationale: never a hands-on build spec.
Implementation oversight
Ongoing governance across the actual build (status reviews, unblocking, quality checkpoints) spanning the pilot's real build duration. Your own team or a named third party does the hands-on work; Liltec never does.
Measurement, results & scale decision
A measurement framework set before results exist, an evidence-based results assessment, a commercial viability assessment, and a clear scale / no-scale recommendation, plus a future AI roadmap.
